🔄 Exchange Process

Step 1 – Contact Us Call 03023472268 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Eligibility Check Exchange allowed if:

• Wrong size received
• Product unused & in original condition
• Product not damaged by customer

Step 3 – Rider Pickup We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.

Step 4 – Delivery Charges Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).

Step 5 – New Product Delivery After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.

💰 Return / Refund Process

Step 1 – Contact Us Call 03023472268 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Eligibility Check Refund allowed if:

• Product damaged on arrival
• Wrong product received
• Product unused & in original condition

Step 3 – Send Product Ship back to our address in original packaging.

Step 4 – Inspection We inspect the returned item for eligibility.

Step 5 – Refund Refund issued via your original payment method. Rs. 250 delivery charges deducted from refund amount.
