🔄 Exchange Process
Step 1 – Contact Us: Call 03327398875 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Step 2 – Eligibility Check: Exchange allowed if:

• Wrong size received
• Product unused & in original condition
• Product not damaged by customer

Step 3 – Rider Pickup: We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.
Step 4 – Delivery Charges: Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).
Step 5 – New Product Delivery: After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.

💰 Return / Refund Process
Step 1 – Contact Us: Call 03327398875 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Step 2 – Eligibility Check: Refund allowed if:

• Product damaged on arrival
• Wrong product received
• Product unused & in original condition

Step 3 – Send Product: Ship back to our address in original packaging.
Step 4 – Inspection: We inspect the returned item for eligibility.
Step 5 – Refund: Refund issued via your original payment method. Rs. 250 delivery charges deducted from refund amount.
