We try our level best to deliver the product as early as possible. Once the order is placed on our website, our staff will check your shipping address. If your address is complete, then your order will be confirmed; else you will get a call from our representative for order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, it is dispatched from our warehouse. Processing times for orders vary from product to product.

To keep your Snooze.pk products looking fresh, soft, and comfortable for longer, we recommend washing them with care. Machine wash at 30°C or hand wash in lukewarm water, preferably using cold water to help maintain the fabric's color and quality. Use a mild, gentle detergent and avoid bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. For drying, line dry in the shade or use a tumble dryer on low heat, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If ironing is required, use low heat and handle delicate fabrics carefully. Washing garments inside-out is recommended to help protect prints, colors, and fabric quality. 🔄 Exchange Process
Step 1 – Contact Us: Call 03327398875 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Step 2 – Eligibility Check: Exchange allowed if:
- Wrong size received
- Product unused & in original condition
- Product not damaged by customer
Step 3 – Rider Pickup: We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.
Step 4 – Delivery Charges: Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).
Step 5 – New Product Delivery: After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
💰 Return / Refund Process
