Step 1 โ Contact Us: Call 03327398875 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Step 2 โ Eligibility Check: Exchange allowed if:
- Wrong size received
- Product unused & in original condition
- Product not damaged by customer
Step 3 โ Rider Pickup: We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.
Step 4 โ Delivery Charges: Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).
Step 5 โ New Product Delivery: After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
