Use a mild, gentle detergent and avoid bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. For drying, line dry in the shade or use a tumble dryer on low heat, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If ironing is required, use low heat and handle delicate fabrics carefully. Washing garments inside-out is recommended to help protect prints, colors, and fabric quality. 🔄 Exchange Process
Step 1 – Contact Us Call 03023472268 or email ssnoozeofficial.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Step 2 – Eligibility Check Exchange allowed if:
- Wrong size received
- Product unused & in original condition
- Product not damaged by customer
Step 3 – Rider Pickup We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.
Step 4 – Delivery Charges Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).
Step 5 – New Product Delivery After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
