Step 2 โ€“ Eligibility Check Exchange allowed if:

  • Wrong size received
  • Product unused & in original condition
  • Product not damaged by customer

Step 3 โ€“ Rider Pickup We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.

Step 4 โ€“ Delivery Charges Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).

Step 5 โ€“ New Product Delivery After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
