Step 2 โ Eligibility Check Exchange allowed if:

- Product unused & in original condition
- Product not damaged by customer
Step 3 โ Rider Pickup We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.
Step 4 โ Delivery Charges Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).
Step 5 โ New Product Delivery After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
